The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is an important committee within the HOA.
Please connect with the ARC, in case you are planning to make any visible changes to any exterior (your house, or yard).
Upon receiving a request, the ARC members will do their best to respond promptly, though please notify the ARC early in the planning process, so that undue delays can be avoided.
Examples of items that the ARC needs to rule on:
- Removal of a tree in your front yard. (Note: link to list of County-Approved Street Trees at bottom of this page)>
- Alternative ground-covering (other than lawn).
- Extensions to any part of your house.
- The placement of any external antenna’s / satellite dishes.
- Choosing a different exterior paint color.
- Any alteration to roofing material or color.
PAINT COLOR requests: The board has created a pre-approved pallet for you to choose from (for Body, Trim, and Accent colors).
You will still be needing to complete and submit an ARC-request, but the board will be able to approve in the shortest possible time. As such, in cases where you have found a painter and do not have the ability to wait for board approval on newly selected colors, this is your best avenue to a quick approval and least amount of wait-time for the painter to get started.
