Realtor + Escrow

Dear Realtor + Escrow companies,

An ELECTRONIC ESCROW PACKAGE of documents needed for closing can be requested by email at Treasurer@BauerOaksEstates.
In the request, please include the address, lot#, and names of both the Sellers and Buyers.

The fee for preparing this is $275. The HOA will then provide an invoice for processing the Escrow Package.
Please plan on 2 weeks for Escrow Package transmission from the date of request.

In 2022, we increased our annual dues to $400 (prior to this increase, the dues were held firm for over a decade). Payment is due by the end of Feb, every year, and payment notifications are sent with the annual newsletter.

Please note that HOA #1 and HOA #2 are separate…!. Below is a list of all addresses that are part of our HOA #3.
